                                  Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Sounderic Speech and Hearing Clinic (Sole Proprietorship) (“Us” or “We” or and their connotations) operates a website- (URL: https://www.sounderic.com) (together called as "Platform") which is engaged in the service of providing speech and language therapy services online.

We value everyone's time and want to offer a great experience while using Sounderic speech therapy services. Our flexible re-scheduling option helps you tide over those unforeseen events.

If you are not fully satisfied with our speech therapy services, we will be happy to receive your feedback and investigate the matter. 

 

Cancellation of a session:

  • If you would like to cancel your Session, you must do so by emailing us at soundericclinic@gmail.com or texting us at +919967117478 no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled time. 

  • For any session that is cancelled more than 30 minutes prior to its scheduled time, you can reschedule the session with your therapist. You may reach out to your therapist to find a mutually agreeable time for a speech therapy session.If you cancel the session 30 minutes before, we will refund or reschedule you for the Service Fees paid.

  • If the Session is canceled later than 30 minutes before the scheduled time, no Service Fees shall be refunded.

  • Since we respect everyone’s time; for “NO-SHOW” on sessions, we will deduct full session charges.

 

Cancellation by Sounderic speech therapist:

  • If the session is cancelled by our speech therapist 30 minutes prior to the session, we will reschedule the session for you based on your time convenience. 

  • If the session is cancelled by our therapist later than 30 minutes before the scheduled time due to an emargency, we will reschedule the session for you and also provide you an extra 20mins on the next session.

  • If the speech therapist doesn't show up for the session even after waiting for 10mins, no Service Fees will be charged and we will compensate you with an extra full session in the coming 2 weeks at the time of your convenience.

  • If in any circumstance we are unable to reschedule your session, we will provide you a refund in the amount of the current rate for the scheduled services.

Re-scheduling :

  • You may request a session to be rescheduled, freely up to 30 minutes before the start time of the scheduled session. Any requests received less than 30 minutes in advance will be subject to a cancellation penalty that helps us compensate the therapists who’ve committed this time to you. The cancellation penalty is that the user is charged 50% of the Service Fees of the session.

  • If for a genuine last-minute emergency, the planned session needs to be rescheduled – we will accommodate the request to reschedule the session but only after consultation with your therapist. 

  • If a session is not joined or a delay is not intimated within 15 minutes as scheduled it will be considered a no show. For a No Show, the user is charged 100% Service Fees of the session, and no refund is given for the session.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled sessions due to a vacation or another circumstance, you may pause your package for a period of up to two weeks.

  • If your vacation or circumstance will prevent you from attending sessions for a period longer than two weeks, you may cancel your package but we cannot guarantee that your assigned therapist or timeslot will be available if you choose to restart your speech therapy services.

Payment:

  • The Platform is a paid service and the payments made by You shall be according to the plans opted by You through the Platform. You explicitly agree to pay the fees for the courses/ plans that you purchase, and you authorize the Company to charge you as per the applicable payment mode opted by you.

  • All payments shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by the Company and You shall be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner as per the mechanism associated with the Plan availed by You. Users have been given various options to choose and proceed with the payment for the Services via payment mechanisms including but not limited to Card Payment facilities, Online Bank Transfers, and Wallet Payments. The payment gateway mechanisms are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers as listed on the Platform and the User agrees to be bound by those terms. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount, etc. in the transaction.

  • Session payments should be done a minimum of 4 hours in advance of the planned session. Payments are valid for a period of 2 months from the date of payment. This is valid for single sessions, monthly payments, and packages that you choose.

Refund:

  • Please send a written request for a refund to our email – soundericclinic@gmail.com or contact us on +91 9967117478 for early resolution of your request. There would be a processing fee as banking transaction charges would also be adjusted based on the payment gateway used.

 

  • We attempt to process and complete refund requests within 24 hours from the time of receiving the refund request, however, in case there is any delay, then you may notify us at soundericclinic@gmail.com

 

  • We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/ notified on your email.
